Instructions for Preparation and Attendance at Bródnowski Hospital:
Seminars & Workshops

• Lab Coats: All students must bring and wear lab coats while on the premises of the Ultrasound Diagnostic Department. This is mandatory when outside the seminar room (during breaks or when moving between rooms) as patients are examined in the department.

• Meeting Point: Gather in front of the department before the start of classes. The doors will remain locked until 8:00 AM, when the timed lock releases.

• Entering the Department: A lecturer, secretary, or other staff member will meet you at the entrance and guide you to the lecture room. Please do not ring the doorbell before 8:00 AM, as it is reserved for emergency patients.

• Erasmus Students: Erasmus students should remain in contact with the Group Representatives to which they are assigned for any updates or information.

• Absences: One exused absence is allowed, provided that the missed content is made up with a one-page A4 essay on the topic covered during the missed session.

Group Representatives only (!):

• Schedule Confirmation: Each Group Representative is responsible for contacting the department 2-3 days before the course begins to confirm if there have been any last-minute changes to the schedule.
